Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where payments on event-based permits (including initial fees) didn’t always record, so invoices and payment records are now created reliably.
  • Kept map drawing tools from cutting out during reviews, so you can continue drawing shapes, markers, and polygons without interruptions.

Choose who gets notified about new inspection requests

New Features

  • Configurable inspection request email notifications: Choose which staff members get an email when a resident submits an inspection request, and update the list anytime in Inspection Request Settings. Each email includes the request details and a direct link to view it in the inspection app. Staff who are removed from your organization are automatically removed from the notification list.

  • Clearer readability across Civic Review: Updated colors improve contrast for text, links, and buttons.
