Safer plan review handoffs when staff leave your organization

Staff turnover shouldn’t leave you with stale reviewer lists or missed plan review emails. This week’s update keeps plan reviews moving by automatically cleaning up roles and ensuring notifications still reach an administrator.
Bug Fixes
- When a user is removed from your organization, they’re automatically removed from plan review roles, notification lists, and saved permit views so they no longer appear as a reviewer or coordinator.
- If a plan review ends up with no coordinators, notification emails now go to your organization or permit administrators so submissions and responses still get delivered.
